How it works
Foodsmart is a free program that helps Umpqua Health Alliance members live a healthy lifestyle through one-one-one virtual nutritional coaching, personalized meal plans, and grocery saving tools.
Eligible Umpqua Health Alliance members can sign up for the program through a web browser or by downloading the Foodsmart app.
- Personalized Care. You have access to unlimited visits with Registered Dietitians who will assist you in managing your health conditions and formulating a plan that will truly work for you.
- Measure Your Progress. Take our nutrition assessment, NutriQuiz, to understand your eating habits. Review your results and track your progress with a Registered Dietitian.
- Affordable Food Made Easy. Access thousands of healthy recipes and utilize free grocery planning tools such as digital lists, delivery integrations, and price comparison tools across stores in your area like Fred Meyer and Safeway.
- No-Cost To Members. Foodsmart features and visits with Registered Dietitians are provided at no cost to you. Foodsmart helps you save time and money on food as well as manage your chronic conditions.
